Jonathan Manning
Jonathan Manning was called to the Bar in 1989 and joined Arden Chambers as a founder member in 1993.
Jonathan specialises in public law and human rights, local government and housing law. He is co-author of Local Government Constitutional and Administrative Law (2nd edn, 2008, Sweet & Maxwell), A Guide to the Greater London Authority (2000, Sweet & Maxwell), and Blackstone's Guide to the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (2004, OUP). He regularly lectures on judicial review.
