Housing

The legal rights of residential tenants are the focus of LAG's interest in housing law.  LAG offers particular expertise on homelessness and allocations, housing disrepair, and the law on housing and support for asylum-seekers.  We also help to develop and support ideas of simplifying this complex area of law, and promote suggestions for improving tenants' access to justice.
