Civil justice
The civil courts should be accessible, including for vulnerable court users and those who have to represent themselves. LAG campaigns for an adequate network of court offices and hearing centres, for clear procedures and for court fees to be set at a level that does not deter litigants. Our courses and publications are valued by practitioners who undertake civil litigation.
