Permission to copy or re-use copyright material
Publishers’ Licensing Services (PLS) provide collective licensing and rights management services to the UK publishing industry. Collective Licensing offers a simple and cost effective solution for those who wish to copy from published materials without breaking the law. A blanket licence allows users to copy from a broad range of repertoire in return for a licence fee, so providing convenience and excellent value for money. The licence fee is paid to the rights holders whose publications have been shown to have been copied. Please see www.pls.org.uk for more information.
PLS also manage all individual permission requests for Legal Action Group via PLSClear. If you wish to request permission to re-use material from any LAG publication please visit PLSClear and fill in the easy to use form and get a quick response.
In some cases it is not necessary to request permission to re-use content. For more information read here.
