John Alder - author

John Alder is Emeritus Professor of Law at Newcastle University. He was previously Professor of Law at Keele University prior to which he held teaching posts at Exeter and Birmingham Universities. He has been a board member and chair of housing associations in the West Country, the Midlands and the North East of England. Apart from his work on housing association law, John has published books and articles on constitutional law, administrative law, human rights, legal theory and environmental law.
