Nicola Lester
Nicola is a registered mental health nurse and trauma therapist specialising in working with psychological trauma, traumatic bereavement and multiple fatality incidents.
She has worked with a range of organisations including government departments, the private security industry and statutory and non-statutory services both in the UK and overseas in Africa, the Middle East, Canada and Afghanistan.
More broadly Nicola works with organisations and professionals to support the development of trauma-informed practice across a range of contexts, both in the UK and in conflict-affected environments overseas.
