Edward Jacobs is one of the founding judges of the Upper Tribunal, assigned to the Administrative Appeals Chamber. He was previously a Child Support and Social Security Commissioner. Edward Jacobs is author of Child Support: the legislation (CPAG) and a contributing editor to Jowitt’s Dictionary of English Law (Sweet and Maxwell).
