The legal advice centre operates for the benefit of local people who cannot afford to pay for legal advice. The majority of advice provided is related to employment, housing and consumer law.
The solicitor will support and supervise volunteer legal advisers from a large international law firm as well as manage the administrative systems of the legal advice centre with the support of a dedicated clinic administrator.
