Hours of Work: 37 hours per week
Holidays: 33 days plus statutory holidays
Salary: £25,694 - £30,480 plus employer’s pension contribution of 7% and health benefits
Location: Dewsbury, but the postholder will also be required to work at other locations as necessary
Kirklees Citizens Advice & Law Centre has a vacancy for a Housing Supervisor to run our new Legal Aid contract from 1 September 2018. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering a casework service in Housing law and will have knowledge or experience of working under an LAA contract. It is a requirement of the role that the postholder must meet the LAA requirements for a Housing Supervisor or must be able to show how these can be met in the very near future – this must be addressed on the application form for the application to be considered.
The successful applicant must also be an authorised litigator (as defined in the Legal Services Act 2007).
