About the Job

The main purpose of the roles is to provide Advice & Casework support to families with community care and mental capacity disputes. The Legal Caseworker will manage their own caseload supporting cases across the UK. The successful Legal Caseworker will also supervise our Legal Volunteers with their caseloads as and when required.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for a truly caring individual, who really wants to make a difference to people that we support their families and carers. You will need to have achieved a Degree in Law, and have a good background as either a Lawyer or Paralegal. To ensure true success, you will need to have significant experience with Casework in one or more of the following areas: Social/Community Care, Mental Capacity, SEN and any areas related to the work that we do. Ideally, you will be able to evidence your ability to work independently and have a real confidence about the quality work that you do.

Salary details: £32,960 per annum + excellent benefits
