10.11The Crime Contract makes special provision for related work in the High Court, family and county court.
1SCC B10.152–10.163. This will cover, for instance, proceedings for leave to see a family law file in connection with an abuse allegation, and to oppose the grant of a voluntary bill. Bail applications, appeals by way of case stated and work in the ‘associated civil work’ class are excluded from this provision.
