18.9Any decision of the court can be appealed.1COPR r169. This means any judicial decision can be appealed, including case management decisions, the grant or refusal of an interim application or a final decision. A decision of an authorised court officer, however, cannot be appealed, and reconsideration must be sought from a judge.2COPR r171A(3).
