18.10Any person bound by the order of the court by virtue of operation of COPR r74 is, in principle, entitled to seek to appeal that order.
1COPR r172(2). This has two consequences:
•P is entitled to seek to appeal, even where they were not joined to the proceedings;
•a person who has been served with or notified of an application form but who has not been joined as a party will also be entitled to seek to appeal.
