'… a welcome addition to all concerned about community care provision … I have just persuaded my own university library to take out a subscription …' Journal of Social Welfare and Family Law
Community Care Law Reports (CCLR) is the only law reports service devoted entirely to community care issues. Launched in December 1997, it provides high quality, authoritative coverage of cases relating to all aspects of community care law including relevant cases in the Court of Protection and Local Government Ombudsman decisions.
Subscribers to Community Care Law Reports will receive four printed issues a year and have access to a fully searchable archive of cases spanning over twenty years of the key cases in social care law.

'… helpful for the busy high street practitioner and expert alike.' Family Law
Each issue contains:
editorial review – placing the reported cases in their legal context
community care law update – a review of recently decided cases and policy and legislative developments
law reports – the cases that shape the law; full text judgments with clear headnotes outlining the issues, facts and decisions of the courts
cumulative tables and index – covering cases, statutes, statutory instruments, circulars and guidance referred to and reported in the reports
'In the words of Lord Woolf MR, it will soon become an "indispensable tool" for those practising and learning in this field.' The Law Teacher
