How to book
You can book online with a credit or debit card – just select a course and follow the links.

Please print off and complete the Booking form
(pdf: 70Kb) and either fax it back to us on 020 7837 6094
or post it to Legal Action Group, The National Pro Bono Centre, 48 Chancery Lane, LONDON WC2A 1JF.
If you are paying by cheque please include a hard copy of your booking form when you send your payment to us.

When we receive your booking form
We will send a letter acknowledging receipt of your booking form and, subject to availability, confirming that a place has been booked, together with an invoice where appropriate.
Training courses are presented in accessible venues with induction loop systems and sign language interpreters, if required. When possible, content will be provided in advance of an event. Please call 020 7833 2931
for information about wheelchair accessibility and dietary or other requirements. You can also indicate your requirements on the booking form in the space provided. Every effort will be made to ensure your needs, as requested, are met.
Joining instructions will be sent prior to the course (directions
are also available online). If you have not received your joining instructions ten days before the course date, please call the training department on 020 7833 2931
These will be given to delegates on the day of the course.
Course fees include refreshments and lunch at all full day courses, unless otherwise indicated. LAG accepts no liability if lunch cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control.
Booking forms should be accompanied by payment. Any request to pay fees by invoice will be considered, but LAG reserves the absolute right not to invoice and to request immediate payment. If LAG agrees to invoice, all outstanding fees must be paid within 14 days of the date of the invoice. In any event, all payments must be received at least seven days in advance of the course date, unless otherwise agreed with LAG. If these conditions are not complied with, LAG reserves the right to cancel the course booking.
Commercial rate: commercial organisations including barristers and solicitors in private practice.
Standard rate: statutory and not for profit organisations.
Cancellation of a course
LAG reserves the right to vary or cancel a course where necessary, and as much notice as possible will be given to delegates. Where a course is cancelled, LAG will automatically make a full refund, but disclaims any further liability.
Cancellation of a course booking
All cancellations must be made in writing. Please note that if cancellation occurs up to 15 days before the course start date, the course fee will be refunded but LAG will charge an administration fee of £30 + VAT. If cancellation occurs 14 days or less before the course start date, the full course fee + VAT is payable.
A substitute delegate can be named at any time free of charge.
A 10% discount is available to individual subscribers paying their own course fee, or a subscriber firm or organisation booking places for employees. For more information about how to subscribe please call 020 7833 2931
LAG members get a 10% discount on full-price courses.
A limited number of concessionary priced places are available on each course at £155 + VAT for students, unwaged delegates and small voluntary organisations with fewer than eight members of staff. Please e-mail email@example.com

Continuing Professional Development
LAG is accredited with the Law Society and the Bar Council as a provider of Continuing Professional Development.
Courses are graded as set out below:
B - basic/introductory
I - intermediate
A - advanced
U - updating course
S - suitable for all levels
Most courses are accredited as part of the Bar Council's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programme, unless otherwise specified.
The booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. The delegate and his/her firm or organisation are jointly and severally liable for the course fee plus VAT. In the event that it becomes necessary for LAG to change the content and timing of the course/s, trainers, date or the venue, as much notice as possible will be given to delegates.
In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, LAG will automatically make a full refund of any fees paid, but disclaim any further liability.
