The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a Generalist Casework Supervisor to join our offices in Paddington. We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual who is actively seeking the next challenge in their career path and who will play an integral part in moving our organisation forward. The post holder must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience of providing generalist advice and casework. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring required standards of advice are provided to our service users. They will also play a key role in engaging with key stakeholders through attending meetings, delivering presentations and written reports.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal appropriately with a cross section of people, including a diverse workforce and client base. Self-motivated, with strong IT skills, the post holder will be confident in leading a team, ensuring that team members are effectively supported and developed in order to build a cohesive and efficient team. A minimum of 3 years’ (full-time equivalent) post-qualification experience of providing good quality, in-depth advice and casework on the full range of generalist issues is essential, with the ability to share and contribute positively whilst having a flexible approach to service delivery.
