7.129Following comments made in the The Friendly Trust’s Bulk Application,1[2016] EWCOP 40. previous guidance about bulk applications has been withdrawn. It had been thought possible to make a bulk application where the same issue affected all or many of the deputyships held by one deputy. Attention is now drawn to the fact that the COPR make no provision for bulk applications.
