In a step which will gladden the heart of all those who have had to include "This order takes effect notwithstanding the fact that it is not yet sealed" in their orders from the Court of Protection, the Court of Protection will, from 21 July, be endorsing all non-financial orders with an electronic seal.  For more details, see the letter from HMCTShere.
