On 11 May 2023, the Ministry of Justice launched a call for evidence, Open justice: the way forward, asking ‘how you think the government can uphold and strengthen open justice in the modern age’. It seeks responses from a wide range of people, from judges and practitioners to court and tribunal users. LAG encourages all readers to respond. The consultation closes on 7 September 2023.
