As well as the theory covered on the day, this is an invaluable opportunity to discuss tips and tactics with fellow claimant practitioners and trainers who have a long history of litigating in this area.

Lecture format. Comprehensive course handouts will be distributed electronically to all delegates. Questions and contributions from those involved in the cases under discussion are positively encouraged.
Booking T&Cs
If, for any reason, you need to cancel a booking, a cancellation fee will be applied.
If you cancel more than 28 days before the start date of the course, a cancellation fee of £30 will be charged. If you cancel between 28-14 days before the start date of the course, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total course fee will be charged. If you cancel within 14 days of the start date of the course, the full course fee is payable and no refund will be given.
