Salary: £29,473 F.T.E Scale 5, Band 1 based on Citizens Advice Westminster’s Salary Framework
Hours: Full-time and part-time hours available (3 or 5 days per week)

The Opportunity
A new opportunity has risen for a Housing Adviser/Caseworker to join our offices in Paddington. We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual, who will play an integral part in moving our organisation forward. We are seeking an individual who are looking for the next challenge in their career path, who is able to demonstrate in-depth housing advice knowledge and casework experience. The post holder will also play a key role in engaging with key stakeholders through attending meetings, delivering presentations and written reports.
The Ideal Candidates
The successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal appropriately with a cross section of people, including a diverse workforce and client base. A minimum of 3 years’ (full-time equivalent) post-qualification experience of providing good quality, in-depth casework on the full range of housing issues is essential, with the ability to share and contribute positively whilst having a flexible approach to service delivery.
