8.1Disbursements actually and reasonably incurred in the best interests of the client1SCC A5.39, A5.41. and reasonable in amount may be recovered in addition to profit costs. Disbursements are out of pocket expenses properly incurred and which but for the provision of legal aid would be chargeable to a client for undertaking criminal law work.2SCC A1.13.
