7.77In IB v Information Commissioner,1[2011] UKUT 370 (AAC); [2012] AACR 26. an information rights case that began in the General Regulatory Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal, the Upper Tribunal decided that a person who was subject to an order under Senior Courts Act 1981 s42 could not bring proceedings in either the First-tier Tribunal or the Upper Tribunal without the permission of the High Court. This was distinguished in respect of the social security jurisdiction of the Social Entitlement Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal by AO and BO v Shepway District Council.2[2013] UKUT 009 (AAC)
