The LSC has just uploaded some key documentation onto its
website, which gives us a good idea of how legal aid will operate post April 2013, including:
Draft merits regulations
Draft procedure regulations (the equivalent of the Funding Code under the Access to Justice Act 1999)
Draft evidence required to show domestic violence
Contract specification 2013 - this is the specificiation for the Community Legal Advice telephone service; but some parts are of general application
