Note - this post has been updated to remove a reference to Community Care, which was included in error and quickly spotted by David Edwards - our thanks to him Just a quick reminder that these categories: Actions Against the Police etc, Clinical Negligence and Public Law, which continue under the 2010 contract (as amended per LASPO), will be re-tendered later this year - probably in November. The LAA issued a 'headline intentions' paper (which you can download at the bottom of the tenders page on its website) some time ago and seems to be keeping on track. The LAA also said it would be re-tendering Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme and Immigration Removal Centre work.
