7.6If the LAA decides to treat the case as a VHCC, the representation order must be in favour of a firm on the VHCC panel. Each such firm then enters into an individual contract as to the basis on which it will undertake the work. If a firm is instructed to pass a case to another provider a claim under the relevant SCC can only be made to that date.1SCC 7.6.
