7.9When a firm, not on the panel, is instructed to give up a case, a claim may be made for the costs due until the case is transferred at the rates set out in the individual case contract of the new litigator.1Remuneration Regulations 2013 Sch 2 para 13(8).

7.10Firms entering into the VHCC contract and continuing to act will be paid for all their work including that prior to the contract, at individual contract rates.2Remuneration Regulations 2013 Sch 2 para 13(8).

7.11If a representation order is withdrawn when graduated fees are payable (on the declassification from VHCC) those graduated fees will be paid at the percentages set out in the table for transfer cases in appendix H.3Remuneration Regulations 2013 Sch 2 para 13(9).
