9.54In proceedings relating to health and welfare, a respondent, or person notified of proceedings, should already be aware of the possibility of proceedings, given the pre-issue obligations imposed upon potential applicants by the Case Management Pilot.
9.55Otherwise, the same steps as set out at paras 8.5–8.12 apply where responding to a health and welfare application as they do to a property and affairs application.
